Biography:
Fanny Angelica Herrera Cortes, is the owner and founder Jurídico Cortes. She is specializes in Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Commercial Law, Contract Law, among others. Fanny Angelica Herrera Cortes regularly advises companies regarding a wide range of matters, such as the drafting, negotiation and review of contracts, review and negotiation of leases. There are clients in Mexico, Canada and the United States. Her love for business and especially notary law, allows her to offer valuable information to her clients in their daily legal challenges. In addition to managing an active practice, Fanny Angelica Herrera Cortes, is closely involved in managing the company's operations, including business development, marketing and the company's growth strategies.
Outside of his role at Jurídico Cortes, he is Co-Founder and Vice President of Servicios LOHÉ, S.E.N.C., a consulting company for new immigrants, located in Montreal, Canada; and since January 2024, she has been volunteering as a Spanish teacher at the Maison de l’amitié, Community Center, located in Montreal, Canada.
